Store Policy

At Salty Mutts, we want tails wagging—not customers dragging. Here’s everything you need to know about shopping with us.
Ordering

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships so you can follow it from our salty shores to your door.

Orders cannot be modified once placed, but if you made a mistake, email us at [insert email] right away—we’ll do our best to help.
Shipping

We currently ONLY ship within the United States.

Shipping costs are a flat rate of $7.95

Salty Mutts is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or mischievous mailroom pups.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase—but if something’s off, here’s our policy:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original condition with tags/packaging.

NOTE: If an item is marked "Not Returnable or Final Sale" we will not take a return or exchange.

Food Items that are open will not be returnable, do to health and safety laws.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit or refund.

Final Sale items (like clearance and custom/personalized products) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you a confirmation.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, but sometimes takes 7-14 business days to show up on your original payment method..

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, we’re on it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right—whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Gift Cards
At this time, Salty Mutts does not offer gift cards, but stay tuned, its in the works.
Payment Methods
At this time, we accept Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, and PayPal.
