All the need-to-know stuff about shipping, returns, and keeping your salty shopping experience smooth sailing. Whether you're ordering a squeaky new toy or the perfect pup-sized tee, we've got your back with fair policies, quick turnarounds, and zero fluff (unless it's dog hair).

Shipping Information

Where We Ship

We currently ship anywhere in the U.S. (including salty shores and cozy cabins). International shipping isn’t available.

Processing Time

Orders ship out within 2-7 business days. We’re a small but mighty pack, so please bear with us if we need an extra day during busy seasons, it'll be worth it! Custom products will take up to 5 days to print before they ship.

Shipping Rates

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100. Because good mutts deserve treats and free delivery. Shipping rates under $100 are a flat rate of $7.95.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number straight to your inbox so you and your pup can watch the magic roll in.

Returns & Exchanges

Not quite the right fit?

No worries—we get it. If your product doesn’t work out, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging and intact within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return:
Send us a message via Drop Us a Line, or email us at ThePack@SaltyMutts.com and we’ll walk you through it. Easy peasy, no guilt trip.

What can’t be returned:

  • Used or chewed-up gear (sorry, we’ve seen some things...)

  • Perishable items like treats or chews

  • Final sale items

  • Any items identified as "not returnable"

  • Customized products ie. anything that is being printed or embroidered.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and give it the sniff of approval, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Let us know! We’ll help you swap it out and get your pup the right fit, fast as long as the size desired is still in stock, if it isn't we will refund your money - as long as the original product is new, unworn and all the tags are intact and in original packaging.

Order Issues or Damaged Items

If something arrived wonky, damaged, or just not quite right, we want to make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll get it sorted with a replacement or refund—scout’s honor.
