At Salty Mutts, we believe shipping and returns should be clear, fair, and easy to understand. Below is everything you need to know about shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Shipping Information

Shipping costs (a flat rate of $10) and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, production timelines, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window beginning on the date your order is marked as delivered.

If your item is not the right fit, you may request a return within this timeframe, subject to the eligibility requirements below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging and tags, if applicable

  • Be free from pet hair, odors, stains, or damage

  • Include proof of purchase, including the order number

 

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items marked as non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is easy:

  1. Please fill out our Return Request Form

  2. Submit your order number and return reason

  3. Our team will review and respond with next steps

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, if the item is damaged or incorrect, please email us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

 

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item? We’re happy to help.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued

  • Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by filling out a Return Request or 

Email us at thepack@saltymutts.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging
