Missed payments, late fees, or disputes related to Buy Now, Pay Later services must be handled directly with Afterpay or Affirm.

Orders, Authorization & Checkout Confirmation

By placing an order through our checkout, you:

• Confirm that all billing, shipping, and contact information is accurate

• Authorize Salty Mutts to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee shipment. Orders are subject to verification, product availability, and fraud prevention checks.

Returns & Buy Now, Pay Later Orders

Orders paid using Afterpay or Affirm remain subject to our 14-Day Return Policy.

Refunds for Buy Now, Pay Later purchases:

• Are issued according to our Return Policy

• Are processed back to the payment provider, not directly to Salty Mutts

• May affect your remaining payment schedule per the provider’s terms

A flat rate of $10 is our shipping rate and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Salty Mutts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
