Pricing & Accuracy

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We work to keep product descriptions, images, availability, and pricing accurate, but occasional errors may occur. Salty Mutts reserves the right to correct inaccuracies, update information, or cancel orders affected by errors.

Shipping Policy

We currently offer flat-rate shipping of $10.00 on all U.S. orders.

Returns & Refunds

Salty Mutts offers a 14-day return policy beginning on the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and in original condition
Include original packaging and tags, if applicable
Be free from pet hair, odors, stains, or damage
Include proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns. If a replacement item is unavailable, an eligible refund will be issued in accordance with our return policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
