Product Availability & Fulfillment

  • Salty Mutts offers products fulfilled through multiple methods:

  • Custom printed on-demand items, produced after an order is placed

  • Drop-shipped items, shipped directly from trusted brand partners

  • In-stock items, shipped from our headquarters in Pennsylvania

  • Because products may ship from different locations, orders may arrive in multiple packages and at different times. Fulfillment timelines may vary based on product type and availability.

Pricing & Accuracy

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing information are accurate. However, errors may occur. Salty Mutts reserves the right to correct inaccuracies, update information, or cancel orders affected by errors.

Shipping Policy
  • We offer flat-rate shipping of $10.00 on all U.S. orders.

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays, weather conditions, production timelines, or other circumstances beyond our control may impact delivery dates.

Returns & Refunds
  • Salty Mutts offers a 14-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery.

  • Returned items must:

    • Be unused and in original condition

    • Include original packaging and tags (if applicable)

    • Be free from pet hair, odors, or damage

    • Include proof of purchase

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns. If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with our return policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Payments & Checkout

Payment must be successfully authorized at checkout before orders are processed.

Buy Now, Pay Later

Buy Now, Pay Later options are provided through Afterpay and Affirm and are subject to approval by the provider. Payment schedules, fees, and terms are determined by the provider and displayed during checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified only before fulfillment begins. Once an order enters production or shipment, cancellations may not be possible.

Customers are responsible for:
